Following our inspection, we will provide you with a free estimate of any repairs which may be necessary, which will be performed by us at our preferred rates. Our preferred rate reflects a 10% discount off our normal rates.

Savings & Benefits -
Water Heaters (Residential)
Flush your water heater to remove sediment. Check the burner assembly on your gas water heater, and visually check the Temperature and Pressure relief valve for safe operation. If you’re electric, check the thermostat settings and readjust. Insure the water heater is operating at peak efficiency.
Faucets
We will check under the kitchen sink and all lavatories for leaks and corrosion. We will also check for ease of operation and clean aerators on all your faucets throughout the house for proper water flow.
Drains
Our service technician will check for slow drains on your kitchen sink, all lavatories and your tub and shower drain
Toilets
We will inspect the toilet and tank for any leaks and proper flushing action. We will check the water measuring device for proper adjustment along the flapper for a proper water seal. The float ball, overflow tube and any linkage will be adjusted and set to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Safety Check Your House
An LJ Brown service technician will walk through your home inspecting your plumbing system and tighten any lose faucet handle during the inspection process. Gas connectors will be inspected visually as well as any exposed piping. You will shown where your emergency shut-off valve is located, along with your emergency gas shut-off valve. Your service technician will check your basement for leakage on drains and or water lines.
