I have used LJ Brown multiple times and have always been happy with their service. From a complete water heater replacement to a simple leak repair. The office staff is great and they always are able to get someone out quickly. They give a two hour window and always have shown up as promised.
The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was able to send a plumber out the same day! The tech was courteous, professional, and repaired my water leak within an hour. He double checked his work before leaving and I haven't had an issue since!
